About

Dear Husband is a line of dyed wool products presented by Pintsch Textile Specialties. Pintsch Textile Specialties is a Pennsylvania based WAHD/WAHM (Work At Home Dad/Work At Home Mom) operation and we are proud of our community.

The picture on our label and Dear Husband brand was inspired by the misunderstanding Tim had of Tanya’s cloth diapering world. He kept asking her what DH meant on her forums, and she kept telling him but somehow it got man-spindled into Dapper husband. And whenever he thought of Dapper husband he saw a slick man wearing a monocle, and so Tim appears on the brand, sporting a monocle.

The WAHD:

Tim is a man who takes his creative arts very seriously. As a teenager, Tim was both an Apprentice and a Senior Apprentice at Gallery 37,the art program for Chicago’s youth. Tim enjoys mixing dyes and dying yarn for others to create with. Tim is a Cubmaster for a new Pack of Cub Scouts and enjoys worshipping in Church on Sunday as well as wiriting creatively for a major cable provider.

The WAHM

Tanya is a woman who also has long had an affinity for the creative arts. Tanya enjoys knitting and helping to inspire Tim with colorway ideas. Tanya has been involved in the Crunchy Mom/Cloth Diapering world for quite some time.
