CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Placing your custom order with dearhusband.com or Pintsch Textile Specialties (hereafter PTS) signifies agreement with the following policy:
When an order is placed, it is the customers responsibility to provide all of the details of any custom order, a mutual conclusion on amount, yarn type, and colors must be reached within Five Business Days. If a mutual conclusion is not reached within Five Business Days, PTS will at its discretion, drop the order altogether, take other customers ahead of you or make you wait.
Payment for any custom order item is due upon approval of any dying concept. Work will not commence until payment is made and cleared.
NO REFUNDS, Store credit only for people who “change their mind” or “have something come up.”
Customer is responsible for understanding measurements, fit issues and colorway variations.
PTS is not responsible for slight variations in a yarn’s color patterning. While patterning of dyes can be ‘tweaked’ somewhat to try to get the desired effect, yarn patterning is random–depending on skein size, length of color applications, repeats of color, and size of the knit item. Dharma Acid Dyes, Pro-Chem Acid Dyes, or Jacquard Acid Dyes are used unless a natural dye is indicated in the product description.
Patterning differences are not defects.
We always try to do our best to please our customer, however there are no CASH refunds for custom orders.
