We understand that from time to time things look different in person then they do online. In these cases people wish to return items.
We stand behind what we sell.
In order to obtain a refund, a customer must email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to return to obtain a return authorization. Refunds (minus shipping) will be issued upon receipt of the item, provided it is in like-new condition in the original packaging, or as close to it as possible. For example, if you say a soap caused a severe allergy and yet 1/100th of it remains in the container when it arrives, we will not refund it because it is obvious you used most of the product.
For returns for true product defects or flaws, follow procedure above. Shipping will also be refunded in the case of a true defect or flaw and the item must also be returned within 30 days of purchase.
After 30 days there is NO refund for ANY reason on ANY product. Ever. We mean it. Really.
